Cardiovascular Health

Heart Disease, also known as cardiovascular disease, is the number one cause of death in the United States and the state of Georgia. Heart disease affects both men and women of all ages and races. Some factors that play a role in heart disease are stress, unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, overweight, and smoking. Heart disease can be prevented with lifestyle changes.
